On October 5 and 6 the DEMS Partnership met in Palma de Mallorca to officially kick off the project and discuss its implementation. The event has also been the occasion to better understand the management system successfully implemented by ESMENT.

This meeting has also been to occasion to organise the first local Multiplier Event to present the project and its objectives to local stakeholders belonging to social services and organizations of the social economy.
